When you submit an inquiry form, we collect your name, organization, title, work email, phone (optional), organization size, and any notes you choose to share. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and scope potential engagements.
Our website is hosted on Netlify, which may collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use advertising cookies, Google Analytics, or any third-party behavioral tracking platform.
Our public website does not collect Protected Health Information (PHI). Client engagements involving PHI are governed by separate Business Associate Agreements executed prior to any data access.
